Becoming a member of All Ohio Cremation & Burial Society is free and easy.  There are no membership fees.  Simply complete the following required confidential information form and submit it to us by clicking the submit button below or click here (link to pre-planning checklist/membership form in new window) for a copy that can be printed and mailed or faxed to our office.

Once we receive your application, we will forward all the necessary documents to complete your membership including a laminated wallet card for you to keep with our contact information.  As a member you are entitled to reduced costs of our services and merchandise, a complimentary newsletter with current topics relating to the society and the opportunity to take care of your financial arrangements in advance.
